This program introduces estate planning considerations and a “case study” using typical clients to explore common issues and how to think about them to advise our clients best.This course will guide attorneys in gathering and evaluating relevant information relevant to the estate planning process and acting on that information to further the client’s interests. It is valuable as an introduction to attorneys who are not experienced in estate planning and as a primer on best practices for client/customer service in this space. The course will also encourage attorneys to consider their own (or family members’) circumstances and how they might benefit from a comprehensive estate plan.Learning Objectives:
