Kyle Barella is the Managing Attorney at Barella Global, a US immigration law firm with offices in Brussels, London, and Paris. As a dual US/Chilean citizen living in Europe, Kyle brings a unique perspective and extensive experience in assisting clients with business, family, and individual-based immigration matters.

Kyle assists entrepreneurs and foreign businesses with their expansion into the US market via the E-2 Treaty Investor Visa, E-1 Treaty Trader Visa, L-1 Expansion/Intracompany Transfer Visa, temporary B1 in lieu of H Visa, and the O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa, as well as EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 eligible foreign nationals (PERM).

Kyle also represents clients attempting to seek entry into the United States who require a waiver of criminal or medical inadmissibility, or who have general law enforcement issues needing to be addressed at the consular level. He has assisted numerous multinational executives requiring temporary waivers of inadmissibility for controlled substance violations or convictions for Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude (CIMT).

Kyle has served as a member of the faculty for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference where he presented on the topic of consular processing through the various US embassies and consulates abroad. He also presented on the topic of US immigration at the AILA Rome District Chapter Fall Conference (2021).

Prior to founding Barella Global, Kyle worked for a US business immigration practice in London and served as the principal attorney at Barella Law, P.C. in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. He also previously worked as External General Counsel for the EB-5 Investment Advisory firm, Choice Investments.

Kyle received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Ave Maria School of Law, and his B.A. in History from George Mason University. As an undergraduate student, Kyle studied Italian History and Language at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.

Kyle is licensed to practice law in Virginia and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
