Managing your practice impacts your income, energy, availability, and growth. Effective management affects everything from case management to client relationships, finances, professional conduct, and regulatory compliance. After taking this course, attorneys will leave with an understanding of the ethical obligations before and after launching a law practice, and the nuts and bolts of effectively managing it once it is launched.
